Meet Dr. David J. Sullivan, O. D.

Dr. David J. Sullivan, O. D. is our optometrist here at Hollywood Family Eye Care. He is a native of Monaca, PA who attended Gannon University in Erie and spent four years at the Pennsylvania School of Optometry in Philadelphia.

Prior to opening Hollywood Family Eye Care in 2011, he worked as an independent optometrist for 18 years at the Sears Optical Center at Fort Steuben Mall.

Dr. Sullivan and the rest of our dedicated staff offer full-service eye care that includes eye exams, designer as well as value priced frame options, and total contact lens care.
